Work Profile (FIBC Bags / PP Fabric / Multifilament Yarn / Packaging Industry):-To manage existing clients; mostly European-Look out for new clients in South American countries, Israel, Australia, Japan, and South Korea region with cold calls and an email and also maintain proper data-Prepare work orders, issue work orders, dispatch follow-ups with the production and logistics department, along with resolving customer complaints if any-Take the client's approval for the unique requirement in bags-Discuss unique inquiries with the production department for manufacturing, and with the purchase department for the cost of new items.-Need to calculate bag costing, provide quotations, and negotiate prices with clients-To prepare MIS and Currency Hedging reports & maintain other reports too-Sample issuing, sample production, sample testing, and dispatch follow-up with the sample department and same coordination with clients and team-Verifying purchase orders with calculation and inquiry -Clients payment follow-ups and confirming same with the account department-Co-ordinate with the logistics department for container movement and costs related to transportationIf I have to sum up my entire experience with this firm, I could say “ I got another MBA degree in Foreign Trade”. It all started with one cold mail, I was working with Shiva, Sibi, and Kunal, Kunal sir taught me a lot of things related to export-import from scratch, and Sibi sir taught me not to entertain any tiny mistake, Shiva is a real gem when it comes to mathematics and explaining any tough topic in simple words, In the logistics department I was also in touch with Hitesh too, he is a very cool guy, got a very good knowledge of export and documentation, and taught me a lot of things, I always remain thankful to Nileshh and Kunal sir considering that I could work along with my startup; that was a generous gesture and several other colleagues were helpful & cooperative too while working here.
