Leading an internal team to develop and deploy a standard M&E IT system for our projects across donors and geographies. Focusing on solutions to improve data collection, management, analysis, and sharing.

Provide technical assistance and leadership to the WALIS Project as we work with USAID/Africa to improve government service delivery by: · Developing, monitoring, and analyzing sound sector data; · Engaging in targeted research and pilot activities around identified sector constraints; · Strengthening country systems to develop informed policy and engage in sector planning toward sustainable WASH services; and · Increasing the capacity required to support improved collection and use of sector knowledge.

- Deputy IQC Manager for USAID Water and Development IQC- Water and Sanitation Technical Adviser for the USAID Making Cities Work IQC- Managed, wrote, and contributed to proposal development efforts for USAID, MCC, and World Bank procurements in Ghana, Burkina Faso, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Ethiopia, Jordan, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Cape Verde, India, Zambia, and South Sudan.- Co-chair for the Technology & Innovation working group within Tetra Tech to optimize use of mobile and digital tools for international development projects (2013-2015)- Team Leader for Visakhapatnam, India Sanitation Assessment- Project manager for the development of the USAID Water Point website, an internal web tool for mission staff and activity managers to plan, design, and procure water-focused projects- Led the writing and publication of the USAID Drinking Water Quality Monitoring, Protection, and Governance Toolkit, an interactive PDF to assist donor activity managers and implementing partners to successfully design and implement safe drinking water interventions- Project manager for a USAID funder sanitation assessment in Visakhapatnam, India with a focus on node-network stakeholder analysis, fecal flow diagraming for systems analysis, and sustainability analysis.- Led the development of methods and implementation of research for a comparative analysis of the USAID Sustainability Index Tool across applications in the Dominican Republic, Philippines, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Niger, Kenya, Tanzania, Liberia, and Ethiopia.- Provided short term technical assistance for data collection and remote sensors to the USAID Liberia Municipal Water Project

- Reviewed existing MWA monitoring and evaluation documents and drafted new M&E protocols for a three-year intervention in Mexico, Colombia, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Guatemala- Developed a baseline assessment survey and trained local enumerators to conduct household surveys- Managed ICT tools for collecting field data using smart phones, cloud-based databases, and integrated real-time outcome reporting- Aggregated research on the determinants of sustainable WASH projects through a systematic literature review and collaborated with other researchers to develop a community based decision support tool for sustainable interventions- Analyzed the nexus between the current use of ICT in WASH and the need for integrated technologies for better field management of water systems, as well developed a set of guidelines for regulating ICT implementation in developing countries- Coordinated “day-of” key note presentations for the 2012 Water and Health Conference and supervised audio/visual aspects of workshop presentations

- Conducted quantitative and qualitative data analysis through the IRC WASHCost program for implementing Life Cycle Cost Approach in rural communities of Mozambique- Evaluated and validated reported water service level components for individual households using functionality indicators of quantity, quality, reliability, and accessibility

- Provided technical oversight and recommendations for technologies to be implemented in rural water supply and sanitation projects - Advised program staff on the integration of ICT tools for program M&E - Assisted in successful writing of multi-million dollar grant applications through both USAID and private foundations for programs in Latin America and Africa - Managed and provided oversight for Ethiopia Program, including assistance in writing a program impact report, compilation of reports on quarterly grant outputs and outcomes, and collaboration on M&E activities including preparation of GIS/GPS data maps of constructed water points- Designed digital multimedia for program reporting materials and advocacy publications to promote continued US investment in global water projects
