I am living in Nova scotia, Canada. After spent 4+ years in Sales Marketing field, finally i am going to put my foot in IT world. So currently i am enrolled in NPower Canada's Google Junior IT Analyst course. I have a excellent knowledge about cloud computing, networking and software/Hardware configuration .So far I have C#, .Net Framework, SQL, JavaScript under my belt. I have a very good command on java programming.Now, i am going to enhance my skills in troubleshooting and IT analyst. Therefore, my goal is clear that i want to make excellent career in IT industries and very excited to use my transferable skills to advance in technology as i used to work now with scrum board, discord and many group activities.I love to deal with customers who has a issue with their services or products. I would like to find solution for problems .My specialties include quickly learning new skills, technologies as well as solution oriented.
