I was working in Siti digital channel as a BDM(Buisness development manager) I was responsible for the growth of their department. I was into Broadband service(Broadband is the transmission of high quality data of wide bandwith)- Analyze and create projects scope and milestones for several company initatives- Manage the handling and assigning of daily tasks within the company- Hold regular meetings with all departments to ensure open communication and expectations throughout the project- Address customer concerns in reference to products, services or employee interactions.- Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior- Take inquiresand request from customers and address their needs- Meet regularly with other member of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve buisness- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher ups within the organization- identify upsell, cross sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly- communicate and organise with the team members to increase the company's outreach.- Strategies and plan fundraising events.
