• Worked on Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) technique for liquid food pasteurization. • While working on this technique, a treatment chamber, the most essential part of Pulsed Electric Field System, was designed and developed • Optimization of the treatment chamber geometry by finding the most dominant electrical parameter in the pasteurization process. • The optimally designed treatment chamber solved the problem of Hot Spots and Stagnant Zones formation in the treatment zone of the chamber in the PEF pasteurization process
