From Wolf Technical Bio:Mr. Hosinski specializes in building code and standards compliance including ADA and OSHA, construction site accidents, construction defects analysis, highway construction zone issues and drainage and erosion issues. He also evaluates line of sight, stopping distance, right of way and signal timing issues. He assists product design teams with mechanical design, materials evaluation, machining and 3D printing prototype parts and testing support. He is a member of the Indiana Section of ASCE, an Evans Scholar, and serves as a technical liaison for an on-going rural electrification project in El Salvador.

Fiber Division - Coordinated efforts of a team of drafting technicians and field engineers to develop robust, least-cost fiber networks (outside plant). Identified make-ready requirements associated with NESC for aerial cable attachments and coordinated Joint Use Requests with pole owners. Worked with State and local right-of-way authorities to identify utility conflicts with underground installations and accommodate for them. Civils Division - Prepared bids through understanding contract documents to identify scope of work, bonding and insurance requirements, product specifications, and project milestone deadlines. Coordinated with field crew superintendents and foreman to develop project schedule and plan construction techniques to achieve milestones.

Worked with a team of engineers and technicians to develop solutions for potable water, storm water and waste water management needs of communities. Responsibilities ranged from design calculations to Resident Engineer field inspection services, specifically for Indiana Guaranteed Energy Savings Contracts.

Field engineer on an Army Corps of Engineers project in Canton, Oklahoma. Responsible for monitoring the installation of diaphragm wall panels forming the walls of a spillway for the Canton Dam. Assisted in panel layout, assured panels were excavated to target depths and dug within verticality tolerances, tested the quality of slurry used to support excavations, inspected reinforcing steel, ordered concrete and monitored its placement, and analyzed production. Also performed quantity take offs for other projects.

Quality control for vibrocompaction and stone column works in the calcareous sands of the Palm Jabel Ali in Dubai, UAE. Analyzed CPT, seismic CPT, and load test data to determine effectiveness of soil treatment. Prescribed course of action in the event soils did not meet specifications after treatment. Also compared and analyzed various CPT software packages to determine which empirical models were being used in the software and if these models were appropriate to utilize.

Water and Sanitation and Reporting intern for ACTED's Dushanbe, Tajikistan office. Organized information to present to project donors and researched feasibility of water and sanitation and biogas projects in rural Tajikistan.
