With over 4 years of work experience as an Assistant Professor of Zoology at S.M. College, I am passionate about teaching and researching various topics in evolutionary biology, genetics, ecology, and animal behaviour. I have a PhD in Zoology from the Institute of Science - Banaras Hindu University, where I also obtained my MS and BS degrees with specialization in Molecular and Human Genetics. I am committed to delivering engaging and informative lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate students, developing relevant and updated course content, and providing academic guidance and support. I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence in the field of Zoology, and I aim to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and discovery in this domain.As an Assistant Professor, I am also involved in various research projects and publications related to evolutionary genetics, genomic technologies, and phenotypic plasticity. I have multiple certifications in bioinformatics, genomic variant analysis, and clinical interpretation, and I have applied these skills to analyze and interpret genomic data from different organisms. I have also published several papers in reputed journals and book chapters on topics such as artificial selection, reaction norms, and dietary macronutrient composition.
