Reporting to VP-HR (Operations & Services)JOINING FORMALITIES :-Preparing Offer letter, Appointment letter, Reference Check, Taking care of all new Joinee formalities, Collecting and completing documents of new joiners, Informing Client HR regarding their joining formalities, Maintaining their personal files, Generating Employee codes and Issuing Office ID Cards.PAYROLL :-Entering the new joiner data in HR Software, Entering their Personal Details, Salary Break up , ESIC (TIC), ESIC – Challan, Attendance, Monthly Salary Process, Leave Record, LWF, PT, TDS, Share IT Declaration, Full & Final in Software’s. Audit salary of other clients.Working on Software: - Sensys Easy Pac,Emportant Software, Ascent.Collecting Monthly attendance& Leave data from client and accordingly preparing monthly payroll & Incentives. Providing Payroll and all bank details to Finance Department. Generating Bill Invoice of client according to Payroll Coordination with finance department regarding salary transfer.
