My responsibilities as General Manager(operation & maintenance) was to monitor the operation & maintenance of 400kv & 220kv complete transmission network including 400/220kv Grid Substation of Delhi and inter- state transmission system also to ensure unintrupted power supply.Further as General Manager(Commercial & Regulatery Affairs) was to superwise & monitoring the work of raising the bills to all Discoms for whilling charges and other as per transmission tariff approved by DERC & recovery of the same besides filling of AAR of Delhi Transco Limited in DERC and defending/fighting matter relating to regulatery affiars etc.As General Manager (Planning) I was responsible for overall & comprehensive /integratted planning for future requirement of transmission network for Delhi.Preparation of various schemes including estimates for finance vetting & its approval and sanction from competent authorityetc.As General Manager(C & MM) I was responsible for supervising & monitoring of floating tenders/e-tenders ,their processing & finalising contracts for differents Projects and procurement of electrical equipments & materials etc.
