• Responsible for functioning of 3 major Food and Beverage Outlets at the iconnic hotel of the Middle east the Burj Al Arab• Sahn Eddar Lounge , Assawan Spa Lounge and Diwania Sports Bar• Handling Complaints and developing good relations with the guest.• Mentor/buddy trainer for new joiners of the above mentioned Outlets.• Making cocktails and mocktails for the outlet.• In charge of bar.• Conducting regular stock inventory of Food, Beverage and Equipment Maintaining HACCP for all food and beverage Items.
