Marketing bench & and new candidates (IT) and effectively placing them on contractual projects with clients.• Working with US Clients to receive ongoing requirements.• Working closely on the requirements to ensure that we meet the client’s expectations.• Perform screening of consultants to ensure they meet client’s requirements and prepare them for the interviews.• Coordinating with clients for further requirements, scheduling interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.• Responsible for the follow-ups from the client regarding the time sheets and delayed payments.• Driving referrals from clients and consultants.
