Ensono had acquired Wipro’s managed hosting business. • Assisted senior management with making key decisions by developing and submitting performance and compensation reports with status updates and improvement recommendations. • Entrusted the responsibility to rearrange close to 440 associates and built a thorough ecosystem of HR functions for them to ensure optimum level transition. Created and implemented and end-to-end portfolio of people-related services, Policies and Programs in-line with ENSONO's value system while staying true and close to Wipro's parental umbrella policies.• Partnered with global leadership to establish and develop corporate and HR policies and procedures. In less than three months, I successfully managed the HR transition including Workday implementation and went live with Ensono in acquiring the associates and also scaled the new teams of around 90+ across tech and enabling functions.• Effectively worked with the Global Team in strategizing Talent Management framework to ring-fence the key talent during this strategic rebadging exercise.
