1.Establishing short term / long term budgets & forecasts for achieving business targets.2.Partner with cross-functional leaders to communicate division level sales plans and strategies to support the financial objectives.3.Develop/supervise, consolidate and communicate a comprehensive pre-season planning strategy that identifies opportunities and risks in all areas of responsibility.4.To analyze sale of each and every store (5 stores) and to prepare the sale forecast based on the sale data 5.Work closely with Regional CEO to establish multi-departmental seasonal plan goals (sales, gross margin, department penetration, inventory turn, etc.)6.Strategize, develop and present seasonal department financial plans with Merchandising and Store Planning partners.7 Ensuring adequate ROSE (Return on Stock Employed) is achieved.8 Sales Performance analysis, Product Analysis and outlook of retail division. 9 Ensuring SKU stock of each option matches selling ratio and size balancing takes place for repeat buys along with optimum inventory level and liquidation of aged stock for cost savings without hampering the business operations.10 Implementation of various innovative techniques & concepts for increasing the business / revenue growth along with cost reduction for cost savings.11 Handling store operations, in-store display, visual merchandise and new product launches to widen the product portfolio and generate exceptional sales volumes. 12 Recruiting, leading, mentoring & motivating the staff to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets
