Project involves the implementation of Branch connect (BC) application for all the branches across 500+ branches in India for a leading foreign bank in India. This application will be used to provide Teller friendly and effective UI to all the branch tellers to perform all the day to day operations in a branch like - Fund transfer, fixed deposits (placement, closure & Advices), cash withdrawal & deposit, cashier's order (DD), account maintenance – different status /Lien marking , statements, Teller account maintenance including Access & authorization definition, vault managements, journals and auditing, loan payments, different letters (closure, rate reset, amortization schedule, fore-closure quotation) etc. This web based user friendly application removed the complexity of the tellers navigating to different Finacle menu which was overburdening the tellers.Responsibilities:•Elicit business requirements from stakeholders by workshops, document analysis, Interview, research & collaboration and workflow analysis etc.•Provide input to new (developing & modifying) systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications•Liaise between business and technical team to ensure a mutual understanding of processes.•Draft and maintain business requirements and align them with functional and technical requirements in Jira.•Detailing out all the user stories/ technical stories / Tasks with the scrum team during grooming. Reviewing the user stories with stakeholders to avoid any gaps.•Accountability of project/ scrum artifacts like – maintaining product Backlogs, sprint backlogs, DoD. Writing all the all the user stories with well defined acceptance criteria. Prioritizing / re-prioritizing stories.•Responsible for Scrum events like – Backlog grooming & spring planning with scrum team, sprint review with scrum team along with stakeholders. Sprint retrospect with scrum team & provide feedbacks, areas of improvements etc.

Analyse client’s business requirements and processes through document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis. Work on stakeholder requirements into deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams.• Managed team for UAT and pre delivery executions with 5+ levels of testing including functional, regression, user acceptance (support), integration and performance (support) to verify the client’s needs are met as expected.• SWIFT – Worked closely with business and Development team (Dev and QA) on regulatory/mandate projects - Yearly SWIFT releases, involving different message type – Customer payments MT1X, Financial institute transfer - MT2XX, Foreign exchanges - MT304, Securities market – MT54X, Corporate actions – MT56X & Cash managements – MT9XX.• Supervised complete E2E test cycle starting requirements analysis, QA estimations, FST planning, Impact analysis, dependencies, MTA preparation, UAT user supports, Environment managements, PIV support.

Retail Credit Transformation (Mortgage & Loan): The project is to implement SAP CRM (web based) to provide lending service for the bank. The application is built to support all the mortgage/ lending process starting SLCM, Account origination, Pricing, Adjudication & Fulfilment process.

The project involves the implementation of SAP ERP to serve for a leading Telecom company in US. Enterprise resource planning implemented for the P2P cycle (procurement to payment) – includes purchase requisition, purchase orders, Transfer orders, delivery of goods & Invoicing.Role & responsibility in SAPTCOE team was Functional system testing, regression testing & support UAT team for the feature build. Accountable for the test case design, test execution as per the BRDs/FRDs.
