Duties & Responsibilities • FBS operations activities at vendor end.• New products development as per customer specifications and requirements.• Recommends and implements improvements in the production process and methods at vendor end.• Oversee manufacturing engineering activities in assembly, welding, machining process, painting and operations.• Provides product support, manufacturing support, risk based assessments and failure analysis.• Maintain documents as per customer requirement.• Develop fixtures and templates for new part fabrication.• Develop and maintain SOP for assembly process.• Time study and cycle time reduction of parts in fabrication.• Responsible for ensuring the on Internal Quality Assurance & Quality Control of all manufacturing activities in accordance with Project Specifications and requirement.• Audit, maintain and update Quality System Documents• Perform and manage inspections of raw materials, stage and finished products.• Prepare, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.• Oversee new coming tenders and prepare specifications as per requirement.• Commissioning of delivered parts at customer end and give theoretical and practical training to customer for new Fully Built Vehicles.

• SMT (self-managed team) member in Ashok Leyland Pantnagar, Uttarakhand.• Hands On Work Experience of CNC Machine, Milling Machine. Inspection labs/ Operated Inspection machine and Quality Inspection.• Production planning, product improvements, Manpower Deployment and quality control.• Quality Work and Quality Audit ISO, TS, Daming.• GEMBA, EEI, Gil and member of Gemba.• Training imparted to new operator regarding awareness of Safety, Quality, Process, Daily-target, Product knowledge, etc.• QMS: Kaizen, poke-yoke, control plan, WIS, Check sheets, PFMEA, PDCA, Why-Why analysis, JDI, KPI.• MS Office, Basic Auto cad.• Fully built Buses manufacturing at body builder end and deliver to domestic and export customers – NEKRTC/KSRTC.• New Bus project and development involvements with team to support from field.• Sourcing handling to reduce breakdown.• Field service team supported for bus body related issue.
