I operate Antal’s branch office in Gurugram, which involves overseeing branch operations, including budget management, resource utilization, delivery management, client relations and strategic partnership. Moreover, I help driving continuous improvement in client experience and productivity, while coordinating with global teams.

As a Co-founder, I oversaw nationwide operations in India, managing various functions including operations, HR, training, P&L, and compliances. I successfully built the team from scratch and led a team of 250 full-time staff and 500 freelancers across India. Additionally, I set up and managed five new branches in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Kolkata, and Pune. I focused on driving continuous quality improvements in service delivery and assumed P&L accountability, while also devising and executing strategies and policies organization-wide. Moreover, I measured the efficiency of internal processes, ensuring continuous improvements, and engaged in a dynamic global environment, frequently traveling to international offices for collaboration.

I managed the writing, editing, and quality checking of research content to meet client specifications and provided constructive feedback to improve overall quality. Additionally, I collaborated with global clients and researchers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

I freelanced for various research companies, producing high-quality articles on diverse topics tailored to client needs. Utilizing both primary and secondary research, I crafted reports and articles based on findings, and collaborated closely with clients, vendors, and researchers to ensure effective communication.

I led a team of QAs overseeing the planning, documentation, and execution of QA testing for client websites and apps. Additionally, I collaborated with global clients on requirement gathering and expectations, while coordinating with developers and designers to ensure the final product met client expectations.

I initiated meetings with potential clients through cold outreach and delivered tailored presentations, offering insightful virtual and physical tours of the project to effectively showcase its benefits.
