Assist on key initiatives with the implementationWorking in Payfactors to generate baseline job descriptions for existing roles based on Staples hierarchy / titling convention and work with Compensation, HRBP, business to modify and validate as neededWork with HR and the business to create a job description for each existing positionPartner with the Compensation Team and Talent Acquisition to convert existing Job Descriptions or postings into new formatBenchmarking:Work with Compensation, HRBP and the business to map each Staples position to a market position – the more positions we have mapped, the more we’ll be able to market price.

Duties and responsibilities-Compiled information from Compensation Surveys like Croner Digital, Empsight The Works, HayGroup, IPAS Global High Tech, Kenexa, Mercer, Payfactors and Wynford Group Supply Chain & Manufacturing.Analyzed survey job descriptions, and salary information to determine company's competitive position. Conducted market pricing, survey analyses and interpreted data for HR to design total compensation comprising base pay, and benefits at par with the industry. Collaborated with senior team members to write and update accurate job descriptions for revised and new open positions across various business functions such as HR, Technology, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Loss Prevention/Asset Protection, Procurement, and Shared Services. Completed salary surveys by matching the company's positions to survey positions. Worked in Payfactors to generate baseline job descriptions for existing roles based on Staples hierarchy/titling convention and work with Compensation, HRBP, business to modify and validate as needed. Provided regular reports to the senior team on the status of job descriptions for the respective business divisions.Updated knowledge on various regulatory and legal framework compliance for Diversity Inclusion, Disabilities Act, Reasonable Accommodation, EEOC, FLSA, and Non-Discrimination Act.
