As HR Executive at Asian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), I support the HR management team in various tasks, such as answering employee questions, processing incoming mail, creating and distributing documents, and maintaining computer systems and calendars. I also assist in the recruitment and selection process, screening and interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.I have a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree from Jaipur National University, with a specialization in Human Resources Management. During my studies, I gained valuable knowledge and skills in HR consulting, communication, organizational behavior, and performance management. I also completed a three-month internship at AIMS, where I learned from experienced HR professionals and contributed to several HR projects and initiatives.
