Leading Site Training Compliances.Key Job Responsibilities Includes:• Lead Strategic Initiatives as Training and L&D programmer.• Developing the Deep-Skilled and Multi-Skilled pool of employees.• Ensuring all-time readiness of Training system w.r.t to Audit. • Representing the Training System in Regulatory and Customer audits.• Training Need Analysis in coordination with Functional HODs.• Delivering and Facilitating the Trainings as per the Annual Training Plan. • Training Modules designing. Coordinating with the SMEs for Training Module Designing.• Ensuring New Joiner are Productive within the stipulated timelines.• Ensuring SMEs are available for New Joiner’s Training.• Coordinating with External Vendors for SME Training Programs.• Training Effectiveness Evaluation and Improvements.• Annual Training Budgeting and External Training execution.• Competency Mapping / OJT & Capability Development Program designing and Implementation.• Acting as LMS (I Learn – SumTotal) Administrator and monitoring the Training Compliance.• Employee Periodic Assessment and Remedial Trainings tracking.• Ensuring Refresher Training are conducted for all employees.• Conducting Gemba Walks for ensuring Training effectiveness and Procedure vs Practices adherence.• Liaising with the Site Leadership Team for LxP compliance.• Participating in Self Audit.

Key Responsibilities of Professional Synopsis:• Handling of Quality Management System (QMS) activities.• Investigations for OOS, OOT, Deviation and Market complaint.• Initiation and Review of Change control, Deviation and CAPA. • Review of BPR/BMR and execution of Validation Protocols.• Effectiveness Monitoring of Corrective Actions, Remedial Actions.• Quality Risk Assessment and mitigation.• Conducting Internal audit and Compliance.• Monitoring the Training compliance of employees.• Quality Review of Batches.• Equipment Qualifications.• SOP Preparation and Training.Hands-on experience in Quality Applications i.e. QAMS, MINITAB, SABA, SAP and EDMS.
