Below are the role and responsibilities i managed at Banctec Pvt Ltd1. Deliver soft skill and productive training for operators (NHI and cross training)2. Conduct PKT and design plans as per the need of the client to support the business strategy and goals.3. Attend webex and lync training to get the work from business partners (Onshore) to offshore4. Create training plans, PKTs, Daily refreshers, update tracker, dashboard, Roaster, leave planner and Module updation as per the training received for seamless work transactions.5. Manage pratners conference calls (With Recording) to have a effective and seamless training sessions as per the process 6. Update training Modules on weekly basis as per the updates received 7. Refresher on weekly basis to check the Quality8. Prepare cross-training plans as the operations needs.9. Certify the NHI employee's.10. Floor support in first week of login to get them comfortable with the process and work flow11. Preapare an handover template so the respective operation manager can handover operators to their respective TL(Team Leader)
