Engineering - Telescopic handler for India and exportResponsible for End -to-end design for Telescopic Handler.Coordinating the project activities and design brief with the clients to ensure product design and development as per the specifications of clients (Marketing). Providing technical inputs and engineering support to the team from conception to completion stage of the product development.Monitoring projects with respect to budgeted cost and demand forecasts to ensure timely execution of projects.Directing, leading and motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
