Roles & Responsibilities• Liaising with multiple quality organizations to drive timely resolution of quality relatedissues.• Handle Trackwise system for Audit and its closures.• For NC/CAPA & GCC handle through the ETQ Sympony system.• SAP (ERP) Handling related to Quality transactions.• For document management handling the Tru system.• License Management of DC tracking & review as per the regulatory aspects.• Managing oversight of Quarantine/hold/stop-ship/recall processes within the DC.• Review all existing SOP & provide feedback to reporting Manager for changes/revision inSOP/ASL.• Monthly review of IRA and maintain the target.• DSI complaint tracker & resolution on time & provide the disposition.• Trainings and assessment as per the training matrix & in alignment with DC managers.• Managing the Seasonal Mapping activity for all regions.• Resolution of observations related to quality and gap identification as per Qualitycompliance and continuous improvement.• Conducting Internal quality audit.• Implementation of 5’s in the warehouse and monitoring.• Ensuring quality in product receiving process (incl. receiving inspection) within theDC• Disposition of incoming damaged packages, preparing the Quality certificatereq forinsurance claims.• Rework activity training & implementation at DC’s.• Monitoring of product destruction process.• Ensuring returned product is dispositional according to predefinedprotocols/standards.• Resolving discrepancies in a timely fashion with appropriate partner.• Handling of non-conformity/customer complaint/change control/deviation reporting andfor its closure.• Support for the Transit trail activity for various products.• Verification of calibration/ validation of all the equipment and their AMC.• Verification and follow up for all AMC related to maintenance i.e. air Condition, fireextinguisher, pest control etc.• Working on the excel data for trend of specific issue.
