As a Quality Engineer (Line Supervisor) at a track components factory, your job is to make sure things are made right. You'll watch over the production line, check that everything meets quality standards, fix any problems, and try to make things better. You'll also work with other teams to keep everything running smoothly and make sure customers are happy with what we make. Additionally, you'll manage a team of 18-20 members, assign daily tasks and activities to inspectors, handle both customer and plant production lines efficiently, and troubleshoot various types of problems that may arise on the line.
