For the six years before joining Avnet, Bhushan held multiple roles at Johnson Controls. He started as Executive Director of IT, Enterprise Applications Delivery, and COE for Global SAP Implementations and worked his way up the ranks to Vice President of IT, Global Applications, Transformation, and VMO. Bhushan’s experience also includes two years as Senior Director of IT and Global Supply Chain Strategy in the Asia-Pacific region at Johnson & Johnson. In this role, he managed a $100M project budget and created a unified IT delivery team. Bhushan’s entrepreneurial career started back in 2005 when he founded ThinkERP Consulting Services. He served as the Founder and Management Consultant as he grew the startup to 35 consultants. His early career includes experience at Credence, Nike, Korry Electronics, Mitsubishi Polycrystalline Silicon America Corp., Environmental Systems Corporation, and Environmental Monitoring. Before his professional career, Bhushan attended the National Institute of Technology Surat where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Bhushan holds an Evaluating ERP Solutions certification from Pacific Lutheran University, as well as an IT Strategy Certification from CIO.com. For the past 12 years, he has supported and donated to Nirmala Shishu Bhavan (Mother Teresa Mission) in Bangalore in support of orphan children and disabled adults. Bhushan currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
