Effectively playing a role of leading a team of Structural Engineers since many years.Apart from Technical Skills, key areas of expertise also include, timely delivery of project submissions within cost, resource management, monitoring project budgets, implementation of QC procedures, identifying project risks & plan for their mitigation etc.Masters in Structural Engineering having total of 23+ years of experience, out of which 22+ years in Analysis and Design of Bridges. Have worked for many large individual Flyover, RoB, Major Bridge projects as wells as Structures as part of 2/4/6 laning of National Highway/Expressway Projects. Projects include those with funding from for multilateral funding agencies like ADB, WB etc., in India, Kenya (KeNHA), Mozambique (National Road Administration ANE), CIS Countries & Australia. Notably, have rich experience in EPC/BOT/HAM mode projects and have worked as a Consultant for companies of repute like L&T, AFCONS, TATA Projects etc apart from working with local Government bodies.Core experience includes Analysis & Design of Precast & Cast-in-situ Post-tensioned & Pre-tensioned T-Girders, (both simply supported as well as continuous made through diaphragm/deck slab), Composite bridge with steel plate girders and cast-in-situ RCC Deck slab, Pre-stressed Box Girder, Precast & Cast-in-situ RCC T-Girder, All types of Substructures like Circular, Wall, Portal, Spill Through type with Open as well as Pile Foundations.
