Product data management(PDM) in Windchill and SAP.

- Shouldered overall responsibilities for New product development, Injection mould design, fixture design, production approval and development from concept design to dispatch the component.- Reasonable for RFQ from the customer, discuss with cross-function team collect information and share Engineering BOM to purchase team.- Considering critical factors & 3D/2D CAD using Solidworks, design calculations such as selection of no. of cavities, parting line choosing, type of gates, the inclusion of ribs, shut-off surface, shrinkage allowance and draft angle analysis.- Suggesting customers with parting line area, plastic material section based on the application of products and requirement from customer, taking T0 trial to T3 trials, sending sample with trial report to customer.- Co-ordinated and assisted the production and assembly team for form fit functions.- Create and validate the BOM structure for new and existing SPM design, fixture and mould in Creo.- Deploy & follow ANSI Y 14.5 GD&T, IATF16949:2016 standards, design calculation for the mandates and interacting with customers for their queries & solutions

- Lead a team of 7 members to ensure the production and quality demands created by the customers- Responsible for overall quality of the sheet metal pressed components and production output & customer interaction- Finding the root causes of an issue based on the fishbone diagram, providing the correction, corrective action and Preventive action for the causes based on the issue raised (8D), FMEA- Creating the 3D for the press tool design, existing and new sheet metal part design using Solid Works and AutoCAD.- Periodically interacting with customers for quality knowledge sharing, supplier follow-up for materials and electro-plating- Maintain and organize the daily production schedule, documentation of production and quality reports
