Responsibilities as the Head of the Interiors team included handling projects end-to-end right from client relations, design , detailed drawings, BOQs and services, project management, cross team/department management, training and orientations for new recruits.Delivered successfully over 6 large scale residential (5000 sqft and above) projects in Chennai, Coimbatore, Karur etc…Successfully delivered over 6 large scale Office/ Commercial( above 7500 sqft) interior project key clients being , Wipro-Kochi, Henkel Spic, Thomson learning etc.Lobby and common area designs of IT buildings for the likes of Alpha city-chennai, Karuna IT park-chennai, MPL IT park-ChennaiMany other projects like serviced apartments, exhibitions spaces etc…
