Key Responsibilities include:1> Leading and managing a team of 20+ proficient Solution Architects for designing complex solutions for Large Enterprise customers of India and APAC regions. 2> Delivering enterprise solutions across different technology domains which includes - Core and Next Generation Networks (including SDWAN, SASE, Multi Cloud Connect etc.), Unified Communication and Collaboration platforms, Public and Private Cloud, Hosting and Security technologies.3> Engaging with Account/Sales/Business development teams to create solution strategies and work collaboratively towards business target achievements.4> Responding to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and collaborating internally along with different functions towards defining a strong Solution Win Strategy, designing an Optimal & deliverable Technical Solution, and drafting the Services Value Propositions.5> Strategy Planning and execution for existing customers for revenue growth within those accounts, through higher product penetration using Cross-Sell, Up-Sell approaches.6> Working with L&D and HR functions to drive Upskilling within the team in areas of technology, business and soft skills.7> Driving different projects to: (a) Enhance Collaboration within the team and across different functions.(b) Bring operational efficiency by using innovations and by introducing automation in existing processes.(c) Improve overall customer experience through different initiatives.

Design network infrastructure for AT&T, IBM and their end clients spread all across the globe especially in the US geography.Some of the end clients include: Ace Insurance, American express, Cigna, Coca Cola, GAP, GM cars, Hess Corporation, Morgan Stanley, State Street Corporation, Williams Energy, and Xcel Energy etc.Have been the pre-sales lead architect for deals of total contract value of more than $12m. Key deliverables:Coordinate with Directors-Technical and Sales to understand both the technical and business requirements.Communicate with executive management across the geographies.Coordinate with the clients, Project Manager, SMEs.Identify various parameters, constraints, risks, prepare project plan and architect a solution.Represent AT&T as a technical SPOC, share knowledge and resolve their queries.Bring in business for AT&T with consultative offerings.Prepare SOW of business requirements; propose solution (including proposed network solutions and network diagrams) and check proper implementation.Design the network/solution as per the requirements. Prepare high-level network diagrams, VLANs assignments etc.Work to design the network using devices such as LAN switches, WAN routers, WAPs, Packetshaper, Load balancers, Firewalls etc.Knowledge of various product lines of various vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Riverbed, F5, Infoblox etc.Provide feedback of existing processes and define new improved processes for the project.Other:Lead the Quality Assurance team at Tech Mahindra level for the solutions and their costing.Improved the SLOs adherence and RFTs of a 20-member team by 20%.Documentation, Written Communication, Verbal Communication, Trainings etc.
