-I am a downstream specialist and involved in Cloning, expression and purification of different proteins involved in different metabolic pathways.My wet lab experties are purification of proteins in different bacterial systems using different chromatographic techniques such as Affinity Chromatography, gel filtration and Ion exchange chromatography.At jubilant i was involved in Gene to structure Drug Discovery programms for different clients across the globe. I was also involved in Protien Structure determination,Refinement & model correction using computer assisted software tools such as COOT,Ligand Fitting using AFITT and FLYNN and have refined over 200 high quality protein structure for a reputed US client.
