I currently hold the position of a Director at our self owned enterprise - Bihar Burn & TraumaResearch Center Pvt. Ltd. The business objective is to establish and run a chain of 17 Burn Units(BTRC - Burn & Trauma Research Centers) with a total of 370 exclusive burn treatment beds in thecountry by the end of 2020. In the last 36 months of its operation we have established 4 centers at Patna, Darbhanga, Noida & Bilaspur and are working on the opening of 3 more centers at Dhanbad, Guwahati & Cuttack by the end of FY 2016.My responsibility as a Director encompasses every aspect of our business - Research, LocationFinalization, Budgeting, Legal, Purchase, Sourcing, Administration, Finance, Marketing & PublicRelations. CCPL was a full service advertising agency and my responsibility was primarily Account (Client) Development & Management. However a significant focus of my work area was Human Resource Tapping, Recruitment and Administration alongside Billing & Recovery. I started off in CCPL as an Assistant in the Media Department. My Director, was kind and encouraging enough to run me through all the departments of the agency at his Delhi and Mumbai offices. I gained incremental reputation, remuneration and experience at CCPL. However, what I acquired here significantly, was the crucial Sense and Insight in the world of Business. I use my experiences gathered at CCPL, extensively, till today, to run 3 businesses of my own.
