Roles & Responsibilities:-> Reviewing of Site survey data, Engineering drawings and layouts-> Plant generation analysis using PVSyst simulation based on different scenarios.-> Work on the LCOE reduction using innovative design and value engineering.-> Prepare Technical Specifications for design of electrical systems of Solar power plant.-> Analysis of grid code, system analysis, value engineering and risk assessment.-> Preparation of scope of work, cost and implementation schedule with optimal equipment for site.-> Work with major plant components vendors like Module, Inverters, Transformer etc, to provide best optimized solution.-> Reviewing, supporting and quality checking of technical deliverables completed by external consultant and inhouse design.-> Review and approval of EPC contractor proposal, technical deliverables and list of documents as per detail engineering.-> Ensure equipment and systems are designed in accordance with the current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation-> Managing technical quality assurance and project compliance with code and standards and global team guideline.-> Managing and undertaking technical project tasks throughout the project lifecycle, including: due diligence, site assessment, design, yield analysis, specifications and construction monitoring.

Roles & Responsibilities-> Carry out Site analysis, feasibility study, and power evacuation system analysis of Solar Projects.-> Carry out solar resource assessment, Generation estimation, Shadow analysis, Plant layout designing, Pitch analysis, PV system analysis.-> Responsible for preparation of DPR, Energy Estimation Report, All Engineering Drawings, Bill of Materials, costing sheet of SPV system.-> Ensure compliances of IEC, BIS and IS standards for solar system and conduct Site and factory acceptance testing.-> Responsible for the smooth & efficient working of the Design & Engineering department.-> Review & generate the Commands against GA, BOQ, estimates, design & manufacturing drawings.-> Coordinate with procurement/ supply chain for vendor selection/ evaluations.-> Maintains a full understanding of all contractual obligations for the project and documentation of variances.-> Manages daily tracking of work completed and decision making for actions required to meet the schedule.-> Works closely with vendors and sub-contractors to obtain status updates on procurement of materials and deliveries and installations.-> Creates the weekly and monthly reports sent to company management and the client.-> Ensures that QA/QC processes are implemented according to the plan and are consistent.

Roles and Responsibilities:-> Prepare detailed Work plans and Conduct Engineering site audits to collect Structural, Electrical and related site information use in the design of Commercial & Industrial solar power systems.-> Assessment and evaluation of technologies for module support structure for Rooftop Projects.-> Managing teams, Individuals and resources to deliver Project designs within schedule.-> Leading engineering team that develops plans and executes projects across both the residential and commercial engineering space.-> Coordinating with Project team for a Smooth and on time Execution of the Projects at site.-> Managing multiple Project designs simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities:-> Conduct Technical Site survey to collect Structural, Electrical and other related information's.-> Prepare Technical Site visit report by using Information's collected during Technical site visit.-> Prepare Schematic Panel layout and Shadow analysis using Google SketchUp Software.-> Selection of SolarEdge optimizer based on the SolarEdge Inverters datasheet.-> Prepare Energy yield Estimation report using PVSyst Software.-> Prepare SLD's and other Drawing like Mounting, String, Earthing and Equipment Layouts using AutoCAD.->Preparation of Detailed BOM and other related Drawings and Design documents for Rooftop On-grid, Off-Grid and Hybrid Projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:-> Responsible for operational level understanding of the requirement of the client/customer, Site Visits, Site feasibility & Solar Systems Design and complete execution.-> Designing of arrangements of the solar panels for Rooftop & Ground Mounted & other various supported Electrical equipment & selection of cables for plant including layouts & schematic diagrams and calculation of technical Sizing, BOQ/BOM.-> Develop full suite of engineering drawings using Auto CAD ,PVSyst Report Generation, SLD, DC&AC connection drawings, Shadow analysis using Sketchup, combiner plans, Cable Scheduling etc.-> End to end execution of solar projects (Rooftop & Ground Mounted) and AMC / Service Support.-> Develop Electrical Engineering drawings for Power plants, Coordinate with Technicians and Installers -> Responsible for getting the Project completed within Timelines, Cost and Quality Parameters.-> Liaise with DISCOMs to get Net-Metering application approved and solve client issues.-> Managing manpower and distribute work loads in to different departments. and will be managing a Team of 10 Members-> Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.-> Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.-> Develop MIS and Provide Up to date daily/Weekly Status Report

This project will be demonstrating and simulation of Wind Energy Conversion systems utilizing PMSG and Solar energy system using PV Module to supply power to the utility system by Extracting Maximum power using Different MPPT techniques.

Inplant training /Internship at BHEL Solar PV Module Manufacturing DepartmentRoles and Responsibilities:1) Conduct photovoltaic device development activities as part of the Engineering team.2) Participate in process development in collaboration with wafer fabrication team.3) Contribute to report preparation as required.4) Participate with development engineering teams to evaluate various process technologies.5) Improving and documenting test plans and procedures.6) Gained Knowledge on Silicon processing technology used in Solar, Semiconductor and MEMS fabs.
