Provide End-to-end hiring support for MNC&Famous Chemical Industry Companies, including sourcing, prescreen & interview, offer negotiation and new hire on boarding process.;Sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams;Improve direct sourcing channels: job board , cold calls, professional forums, external candidate referral;Works with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes and tracking in the system;Coordinates interviews with Hiring Managers / defined panels;Develops offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiates offer and finalizes start date with candidate;Continues interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization. Leads and closes all formalities related to on-boarding of the candidate;Develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates;

Be responsible for reception of domestic and international guests and clients; Be responsible for making schedule before activities and organizing the implementation; Be responsible for handling emergencies and promptly report to headquarters; Be responsible for the efficient communication with all departments, including the same level and superior level, to make sure all the work is done effectively; Be responsible for the host and narration of formal activities in English and Chinese, such as Captain’s Welcome Cocktail, Farewell Dinner and crew Show, etc; Be responsible for the sales of scenic spots on board; Be responsible for all the tasks arranged by headquarters and the hotel manager, such as translation, English training for Chinese staff and Chinese training for foreign staff, etc;

IIn charge of making children’s schedule and carry out, such as english one-to-one, english song learning class, children talent show, etc; To do all the bilingual narration when the ship is sailing through gorges and ship-lock; To host all the small entertaining activities, such as Line Dance Lesson, Chinese One-to-One, Chinese Calligraphy; To assist cruise manager the reception of VIP guests and clients; To company cruise manager to attend the hotel marketing meeting and the season strategic planning and make meeting record; To collect effective information for new project and report to cruise manager; To arrange meals and traveling itinerary for guests; To assist check-in of Front Desk and solve guests’ problem; To assist cruise manager to handle emergency; To do on board announcement; To collect and input guest questionaire; To participate in the staff training and some translation.
