Responsible for the day to day operations of a Client Experience account management team. By managing all aspects of that team, including regular meetings, coaching and mentoring of Account Managers. Responsible for assuring the team’s Account Managers deliver services on-time, error free and according to client's expectations. Also responsible for employee satisfaction. Work on assigning client accounts to Account Managers as appropriate and track caseloads to ensure equitable distribution. Included in service recovery efforts, as needed, for team’s clients and performs on-site client visits as needed. I also help identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities by working relationships and communication with cross functional departments.

Responsible for client set-up, ongoing account maintenance, and day to day service inquiries while building meaningful relationships with client contacts. Always working collaboratively with external and internal teams to problem solve and provide the best experience for our clients.
