My name is Biagio Bucaro I am currently a student at Indiana University Bloomington and studying management in the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. I am a very hardworking, consistent, efficient with my work, good with communication and dedicated. In 2017, my family opened a restaurant and I took this opportunity to work on my skills and I wanted to acquire experience in managing. I obtained a lot of knowledge when I worked with my peers and many customers. I want to continue to pursue the role of leading a group of workers and be a manager. It dedicates me to be involved with others because it feels like I can teach my peers to do the right thing. I hope to pursue a career in management where I can improve skills of consistency, communication, and leadership.
