I don’t have to climb any mountains…but I do have to move them. I find it very rewarding to delight customers. I have achieved good people skills, good problem solving skills, and attention to detail doing what I love. As a Contact Centre Agent and as an individual outside work, I did like to know more than is expected (what a person is thinking, how to react, what to say, how to resolve an issue if one arises). I believe in the golden rule and like to think like the customer. contributes to team work to achieve a better productivity, meet goals or manage projects. listening to my coworkers, respecting their ideas is something I love to do in order to improve the product or process at hand.My first goal as a Contact Centre Agent is to provide that VIP treatment to customers and make sure that they are satisfied. This is achieved by applying what I have learnt on the job and outside the job.In my free time, I read to understand more about personalities, I also enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. I take pride in doing a bit of everything just to have an understanding. And I forgot to add, I love cooking as I am a great cook.
