I am attentive to details, a great communicator, very good at problem solving and finding solutions out of the box, good people and character reader, great at enabling people to do their best and motivate them to excel, experienced project and program manager.Started my career 20 years ago with a basic role in call center where I learned about patience and to actively listen to people. Changed industry to IT when moving to Hewlett Packard as customer account administrator where I was introduced to project management world. I realized I liked it and was good at planning next steps and guiding my colleagues in following them, at seeing the details without missing the bigger picture while keeping my customer's needs and business objectives in mind. I evolved into a Team leader position that brought more insights into business planning, leadership and people management skills. This made me realize that I liked the project world where I specialized for the last 15 years leading several projects in various industries and gaining multiple certifications. Actively looking for Project/Program Manager or Scrum Master roles, not necessarily people leader engagements (but I would not say no to these opportunities should these arise) I've conducted projects and programs in Finance, Telecommunications, IT, Infrastructure and Software development using multiple types of methodologies - waterfall, scrum, kanban and using a variety of tools - Jira, MS Project, Clarity, SAP, Miro, entire Office Suite.
