Essentially, I truly love helping people grow, excel, and succeed.I have enjoyed my years working in child care, and in human resources, in which I have applied myself to help others to be the best they can be. To accomplish this I successfully create, educate, refine, and lead. I’ve always put others first, especially when working with consumers with intellectual disabilities. I’ve studied different disorders to prepare myself to understand behaviors, in which I’ve created a new stimulus that was added to one of my consumers' behavioral management. Starting out as an assistant teacher, I aimed to apply myself in my position and took on requirements necessary for a head teacher. In order for innovation to be present I came up with weekly lesson plans that not only target learning outcomes for the class but also target each child’s individual needs to be proficient in their development and encourage them to want to learn new things.
