Serving and bartending special events, with a highlight on weddings, both off-site and at established home venues. After 2 years I became a Captain and was responsible for coordinating between front of house staff, the kitchen, event coordinators, and event producers to keep events on time and under control. I created the front of house plan and work assignments and managed the servers and bartenders. I trained staff both as a server and as a Captain.

Worked freelance, local and on location, providing support over the span of seven years for Executive Producer, Stuart Besser. After Stuart, I worked shorter gigs, either day playing or prepping for different Executive Producers, and ended with a short but fantastic gig with Producer, Larry Franco, in 2020. Assisting Executive Producers meant I was involved and helped set up all aspects of physical production: finding and establishing production offices, coordinating with post production, scouting housing for talent and producers, organizing and scheduling below-the-line talent interviews for Director. I facilitated all communication between Exec Producers and studio, department heads, production office and talent agencies. During shooting I would work both on set with Producer and cover their desk at the production office. Throughout prep, production, and wrap, I was responsible for cast and crew gifts and party planning.

Accountable for management and coordination of all West Coast casting; wrote and pitched stories to Animal Planet, casted 40% of the breeds for Season 3.

Supervised all personal & professional life details for President of New Crime, John Cusack, including production, publicity, development, travel, day-to-day scheduling and finances.

Contracted through production to provide assistance to Directors, Wes Craven (Nov ’03-July ’04), Peyton Reed (Oct ’07-Dec ’08), and, Writer/Director, Rick Famuyiwa (May ’09-July ’09, prep and shooting only). Assisting these directors involved managing both their personal and business needs and schedules through prep, shooting and post (and the local and international press junkets for Yes Man). All professional correspondence was filtered through me, especially during filming.

Handled distribution and all communication for VP of Physical Production, Michael McCormick. Reconciled petty cash, organized schedule and planned travel.

Hired by Post Production team to support Post Production Supervisor and Editorial staff. I performed assistant duties for Post Supervisors and managed the physical needs of the editorial staff, providing daily lunch runs and weekly craft service. Scheduled ADR and supervised recording appointments. On MADE, I organized and facilitated all deliverables to the studio.
