In this temporary position, I assisted Mr. Reeder as a part-time secretary and part-time talent booking agent. My responcibilities included answering the phone, calling leads, sending and retreiving emails, maintaining correspondance with clients, and assisting in sales.

As a loyal customer for years, Bath and Body Works product knowledge is something that comes second nature to me. I was not just a cashier, a product seller, and an associate at BBW, but a go-to for many customers and associates when it came down to any product reccomendations. Everything from the best items for a babyshower basket, to the best exfoliant/moisturizer mix, I was, and will continue to be a fount of product information. I recieved most of my customer service awards from customers I gained loyalty from while working at Bath & Body Works.
