My duties at 360 specialized training are three fold, I run the reception and am in charge of all administrative duties and have taken over the accounts and payroll. I deal with daily client enquiries, processing of all documentation, updating of systems and do the trainers payroll as well as the client accounts. I make sure all systems run smoothly and follow up on client accounts which are in arrears and need to be settled. The company has grown immensely since I have been here, so much so we required a second receptionist and the gym is looking to move to a larger space. I have used many programs here including the mind body online system, Netcash debit system and the usual Microsoft office systems. I have also worked intensely with a wide variety of people as the client base is very diverse and I have a very personal manner of dealing with arrears as I feel it is a sensitive process and feel my people skills have improved through the process.

Here my duties were to control the incoming and outgoing stock relating to client returns. In the time at Isabella Garcia I also filled many other duties including main administration (Microsoft word and excel), office administration, customer assistance and relations, quality control, of products and packages and even packing. I steadily worked my way up until I filled a full time logistical administration position as there has been tremendous growth of the company since I started.

My duties here were to run the kiosk, stock control, administration of game fees and teams, however, I filled many more duties, filling in as a bar lady when needed, umpiring kiddies party games and at times managing the arena.

My duties here included everything from Stock control, logistics, administration, marketing, cleaning and maintenance of the bar itself, bar tending, cooking, customer relations, events organizing and running and on the odd occasion entertainment. My main duties, however, were to manage the bar and serve the clients and make sure they came back for more, which I proved to be quite successful at doing.
