Sr. Program Analyst-Program Integrity Unit
Current- Manages, oversees, and supervises the departments fraud and abuse programs; develops policies and procedures and coordinates and monitors the preparation of productivity and file accuracy management reports; represents.
- Conducts investigations which may include collaboration with other departments and agencies; completes field investigations to gather data and records; determines appropriate course of action.
- Reviews and assesses case referral submitted by staff and outside sources for investigation; prioritizes workload and assigns cases to available staff; receives and processes subpoenas and other legal documents.
- Prepares hearing packets; documents and monitors abandoned hearings; reviews hearing decisions received from contractor to ensure all legal aspects are addressed; generates untimely hearing information upon request.
- Investigates and calculates overpayment amounts related to participant/owner fraud in accordance with regulations.
- Represents the Commission in public hearings for escalated, high-profile, and/or sensitive cases, as needed.
