Responsible for working with Project, Requisitioners, and the Procurement Department to ensure timely receipt and distribution of vendor information. Review VIRFs (vendor information request forms) when issuing inquiries and requisitions to purchasing to ensure that tag numbers have been associated. Monitor vendor documents received and work with the Expeditors so that “due” and “overdue reports reflect current document status. Review and adhere to the vendor information procedures and work flow diagrams. Responsible for copying, distributing mail preparation and filing of transmittals and associated data.

Responsible for on-site S&B construction disciplines progress. Run direct progress labor reports, direct/indirect labor curves, and cost reports. Maintaining and update weekly audits for each discipline. Perform weekly audits for all disciplines. Verifying daily timesheets and make labor corrections for all crafts
