I am the owner of Chef B Creations, which was founded on November 1, 2014. Chef B Creations is a catering business that also includes services such as personal chefs for any occasion and meal preps for a weekly, bi-weekly and a monthly basis. I created and designed my own website www.thechefbianca.com. I am also a Thumbtack Professional, which is an online marketplace for local services. Since starting this business, I have been awarded the "Thumbtack Best of 2016" for receiving great customer reviews for 2 years in a row. In 2016, I was the third best with Thumbtack for personal chefs in Memphis, Tennessee. I have also had the pleasure in feeding the 2015 Miss Nashville and Miss Tennessee. I was the Executive Chef for Entertainment Cruises since February 2011. I was successful with keeping food quality above goal as well as sanitation. I set a company Ecosure sanitation record with a score of 100 for two months consecutively. My recipe for Garlic Mashed Potatoes are used fleet wide within the company for the 2013 menu. I also had the opportunity to collaborate with the 2010 Chopped winner, Chef Eric Levine for the 2014 Spirit Cruises menu. I had the success with being the only chef for a high volume company and keeping staff developed for better positions within the company. I was responsible for maintaining food, supplies and labor cost for a multi million dollar company.I also did 8 years active duty in the US Navy as a Culinary Specialist. My duty stations include Emory S. Land which was located in Sardania, Italy where I fed 1200+ crew members ashore and out to sea. Also the USS Iwo Jima which was located in Norfolk, Va where I fed 1200+ ashore and 3000+ out to sea. At Bethesda Naval Hospital, I fed 1200+ crew members and employees. I did a tour in Afghanistan for a year as Force Protection. I participated in combat missions for the capture of numerous detainees. I collected DNA samples for the detainees inside the prison.
