Marketing Project Manager
Current• Manages social media campaigns for all corporate accounts, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, & Instagram and has increased engagement and reach by 500%+• Acts as main marketing point of contact for vendors and partners; coordinates channel partner efforts with external teams to facilitate collaboration, maintain schedules, and help execute co-branded marketing campaigns• Maintains contact database of over 50,000+ active contacts for email-based outreach efforts - Maintain at or above average industry open rates on all email blasts • Assists with content creation including writing and formatting for proposals, newsletters, emails, social media, and presentations• Performs intake assessment and resource assignment of Marketing Team requests; leverages knowledge of organization to delegate resources and maximize efficiency • Works collaboratively with Sales and Marketing leadership on aligning messaging and branding strategy• Oversees coordination of events both internal and external: design and execution of tradeshow booth, event collateral, scheduling and invitations, and vendor management
