Entered personal incarcerated individual's information (FBI numbers, SID numbers, etc.) into OMNI. Assisted with completing Law Enforcement Notifications and Victim/Witness Notifications for all incarcerated individuals transferring to work release or funeral trips. Main contact for incoming calls from the public. Prioritized workload to ensure tasks are completed in order to meet daily deadlines. Scanned/Indexed incoming documents received from various sources, and electronic data information against source documents, resolving issues. Worked from a tentative transfer list, pulls offender central files for transportation to assigned institutions. Maintained a system for tracking in transit central files and work release files, and maintain this information in a Central File Book.
