Project Assistant
▪ Assist with projects regarding project tasks, time management, project accounting,scheduling meetings, and client management.▪ Research clients, their work, motto, and past projects.▪ Write and edit Letter Agreements ranging from $5,000-$200,000.▪ Prepare sample and final flyers for Clients.▪ Handle, write, and edit documentation and tasks simultaneously for 10-50 projects.▪ Write and edit contract documents, including AIA documents, per the lawyer's instructions.▪ Research, track, and respond to Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotations(RFQ) daily and prepare, write, and organize desired RFPs and RFQs.▪ Research grants the company can benefit from, as well as the Michigan Department ofNatural Resources (MDNR) grants we can help our clients apply to.▪ Wrote three grants this past year totaling about $500,000 to $1,000,000.▪ Aided in organizing and editing nine other grant applications.▪ Work with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed toinitiate, run, and conclude significant projects.▪ Gather client information and their intended scope of services.▪ Prepare documents and notices for public hearings and meetings.▪ Communicate with local, state, and federal agencies regarding policies and guidelines viacall email, and text clients daily for project purposes.▪ Organize meetings between all departments, including one regarding specifications, towork on a company-wide spec uniformity.▪ Work closely with executive staff on internal committees, external associations, and community groups, and attend city meetings, stakeholder meetings, and client meetings.▪ Prepare proper documents and organize the meeting for lawmakers and stakeholdersranging from one-on-one to 20+ individuals.▪ Provide materials needed for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings,telephone calls, and company booth merchandise for marketing our services.
