Coordinator – •Provide outstanding Guest service, resolve missed service opportunities,Go above and beyond to create Magical Experiences for our Guests. •Responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of the area while being conscientious about budget and hours.•Model and hold our Cast Members accountable for delivering the Four Keys Basics while providing feedback and follow-up as necessary.Guest Services Host – •Proficient in extensive cash handling, dealing with Cash, Credit Cards, Vouchers, Will Calls and Traveler's Checks.•Provide exceptional Show through the highest level of Guest Services to our Guests, while efficiently customizing ticket options that best fit their individual needs.•Take initiative to resolve Guest situations and communicating with the Guest in English or Spanish to create Magical Moments for Guests of all ages. Partnering with other lines of business to resolve unique situations and provide individualized service.•Document all lost items in our Lost & Found system and Assist Guests in finding their lost items and advise them on locations of our central Lost & Found headquarters.

Parking- • Safely direct traffic, while efficiently organizing traffic patterns throughout park operating hours.

• Answered inquiries pertaining to hotel services, Guest registration, and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment• Assisting guests with itinerary planning and ticket sales• Maximized revenues, partnering with regional manager to forecast rates based on market trends • Recorded Guest comments or complaints, referring Guest to managers as necessary

Merchandise Host- • Approaching Guests, engaging in conversation with, and providing information to Guest.• Cash handling on Matra and manually.• Stocking shelves after receiving new deliveries and cleaning Guest areas.• Take personalization orders for ornaments or bracelet engravings.

• Greeting Guest and determined their needs, wants. Discussed type, quality and number of merchandise required for purchase and answered Guests’ queries and concerns.• Recommended merchandise based on individual requirements.• Handling cash manually or by using computerized registers. Receiving, and putting away stock and deliveries.• Quoted prices and discounts as well as credit terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates. Maintained sales records for inventory control and processed shipping and receiving records.
