Software Engineer I
In this role I served as the primary point of contact for the support and maintenance of five critical .NET applications. I routinely collaborated with various IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless production operation and system stability.I participated in on-call technical support rotation to maintain numerous business-critical processes that ran routinely and interpedently. I led the successful troubleshooting and resolution of numerous production errors, leveraging ServiceNOW and Azure DevOps to document issues, track test results, and detail the implemented solutions. I developed and maintained comprehensive documentation for application management, encompassing known bugs and resolutions, which supported effective knowledge transfer and swift issue mitigation for ongoing application support.I adopted and adapted to digital platform tools as needed for application management, demonstrating a strong ability to integrate new technologies to streamline helpdesk operations and maintain high service standards for business users and stakeholders.
