Passive House Institute US, Inc. (PHIUS) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization committed to making high-performance passive building the mainstream market standard. As Constituent Coordinator I was responsible for:-Sourcing and creating content for social media outlets -Post impressions and interactions increased over 50% every month under my direction-Recruiting and retaining a diverse national membership base constituting of businesses and building science professionals. -Developing, promoting and implementing a strategic plan to improve and best meet member needs while assessing member engagement -Serving as the main liaison between PHIUS and elected Council, as well as various committees. -Building and sustaining strong customer and member relations through attentive detail in handling member requests and volunteer interaction.-Adhering to deadlines and supporting the ongoing development of program project plans and process documentation-Collaborating with technical team members to provide webinars, trainings, and continuing education resources for members and certified professionals

Served in a 4th grade classroom in a Level 2+ elementary school in Northside Chicago. Helped students stay on track to graduate by improving their course performance, attendance, and behavior by:-Providing at least 120 minutes of standard informed instructional time(Math,ELA,Social Studies) a week for a focus list of 11 students- Developing weekly social and emotional learning (SEL) lesson plans for structured sessions -Planning and executing semesterly events focused on meeting school-wide attendance objectives-Maintaining a positive school climate through monthly initiatives Completed over 900 hours of service in this role.

Serve as a team member under the UN Director for IDEAS and help with identifying and managing conference registrations, fulfill UN/ECOSOC accreditation responsibilities, and other internal activities and opportunities related to UN team involvement.Develop and publish original content in the form of blog posts related to ECOSOC happenings to be seen by the 30,000+ followers of the organization.

Assist administrative personnel in daily tasks including but not limited to: filing and organizing sensitive information, creating labels and binders for accounting purposes, developing a database to track files, depositing checks, reconciling financial information, and creating summary tables to display past and current work progresses.

Served as a resource to residents that need assistance between the hours of 10:30pm and 7:00am. While thoroughly documenting all hall activity in the front desk logs as well as through our online documentation system. Worked closely with University Housing staff and the Florida State University Police Department to address any safety concerns that occur in the halls.

I was responsible for the daily administration of the Summer Camp Leaders in Training (L.I.T) program, including: ensuring the well-being and safety of all participants, administering labs and activities, providing daily feedback to the Programs Coordinator, filling out paperwork and maintaining daily logs, and maintaining a fun and safe environment for the participants.
