- Communicating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders (including Engineering, Finance, and Legal) to close hardware sourcing and procurement deals for the Strategic Relationships and Deals (SRD) team- Drafting, negotiating, and processing evaluation agreements, IP licensing deals, NDA’s and rebate agreements - Main point of contact within the SRD team for PO creation, supplier management and initiating and processing deals in the internal contract management tool

- Negotiated contracts and managed document processes for Purchasing, Sales, Product Marketing and various other departments- Drafted, reviewed, revised and negotiated a wide range of agreements, including VDAs, Amendments, SOWs, DPAs, BAAs, NDAs, and MSAs- Lead negotiator on agreements for Tech Data's Canadian business - Advised on data privacy agreements throughout North American business; familiar with the CCPA and GDPR

- Conducted legal research, drafted memoranda and motions, and organized evidence for civil trial preparations- Supported the Partners on myriad litigation matters ranging from property to torts (including defamation) to estate law.

- Supported the Operations team with the development and testing of a web application for the Contracts team- Created tools and trainings for streamlining requests and queries between business units and the Legal Organization - Drove system implementation of new tools within the legal department

- Reviewed and redlined contracts such as MSAs and NDAs- Shadowed the General Counsel on contract negotiations, employment issues, and safety compliance- Supported the in-house legal department with research, advising, and negotiations

As Judicial Intern to the Honorable Richard Nielsen, I drafted legal memoranda recommending rulings on motions, attended civil court proceedings, and assisted Judge Nielsen in preparing for upcoming trials on his docket.
